ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA
No. 25 of 2004
AN ACT to provide for issues from the Development Fund
for the year ending on the 31st day of December, 2005.

dated 30th December, 20041
ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows -
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Development Short title and
Fund) (No. 2) Act, 2004 and shall come into operation onthe 1st
January, 2005.
2. The issue from the Development Fund of the sum of one
hundred and thirty-eight million, one hundred and six thousand,
seven hundred and thirty-six dollars ($138,106,736.00) is
authorized for meeting expenditure for Antigua and Barbuda in
respect of the calendar year ending on the thirty-first day of
December, 2005, under the Heads of Expenditure specified in
the Schedule, and the sum specified in the Schedule opposite to
a Head is appropriated out of the sum of one hundred and thirty-
eight million, one hundred and six thousand, seven hundred and
thirty-six dollars ($138,106,736.00) for the purpose specified in
relation to that Head in the Development Estimates for the year
2005.

BARBUDA
Payment out of 3. The Accountant General is authorized and required from
oevelopment time to time, upon the order or warrant of the Minister of
Fund.
Finance, to pay the sum appropriated in the Schedule to the
several development services and purposes mentioned out ofthe
Development Fund without further order or formality.
