AN ACT to amend the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States
Act (Cap. 302).

[ 17th March, 1997 ]

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as fol-
lows -

1. This Act may be cited as the Organisation of the Eastern Short title.
Caribbean States (Amendment) Act 1997.

2. Section 3 of the Organisation of the Eastern Caribbean States Amendment of
Act is amended by deleting the words "the Treaty and the Annexes Sealon3 of Cap.
thereto" and substituting the words "Article 17 of the Treaty7'. 302.
