AN ACT to amend the Public Holidays Act.

[ 4th March, 2004 ]

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows -

1. This Act may be cited as the Public Holidays (Amend- Short title.
ment) Act, 2004.

2. The Schedule to the Public Holidays Act is amended - Amendment of
Schedule

(a) by the deletion immediately after "Whit Monday",
Cap. 354.

of the following:

"Vere omw wall Bird (Snr.) Day", being the
first Monday of July in each year.?; and

(b) by the insertion immediately after "The first day of ,
November in each year" of the'following:

"Sir Vere Cornwall Bird (Snr.) Day: The ninth
day of December."
