1.1.                                    Name of Legislative Instrument
1.1.1.                              This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 4/04 – Seatbelts) 2006 Amendment 3.

1.2.1.                              This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

2.1.                                    The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 4/04 – Seatbelts) 2006.
Schedule 1
[1]               Clause 3 amend “...from the dates set out in clauses 3.1, 3.2 and 3.6.” to “...from the dates set out in clauses 3.1, 3.2 and 3.7.”
[2]               Clause 3.6 renumber as 3.7.
[3]               Insert a new clause 3.6 to read
“Vehicles certified to ADR 4/05 or a later version need not comply with this rule.”
