BERMUDA AIR TERMINAL (FEES) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 2001

The Minister of Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on
him by section 6 of the Civil Airports Act 1949, makes the following
regulations:

Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Bermuda Air Terminal
(Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001.

Addition of Fourth Schedule to principal Regulations
2 The Bermuda Air Terminal (Fees) Regulations 1952 are

amended by the addition of the following:

"FOURTH SCHEDULE

AVIATION SECURITY FEE

For each enplaned passenger $4.25".

Commencement
3 These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2002.

Made this 20 day of December, 2001.
