In exercise of the power conferred upon the Minister of Finance
by section 1 of the Insurance Amendment Act 2001, the following Notice
is hereby given:―

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Insurance Amendment Act 2001
Commencement Day Notice 2001.

Commencement day
2 The 1st day of October 2001 is appointed as the day on which
the Insurance Amendment Act 2001 shall come into operation.
