AUXILIARY BICYCLES AMENDMENT (NO 2) ACT 2001
COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2002

The Minister of Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on
him by section 3 of the Auxiliary Bicycles Amendment (No. 2) Act 2001,
gives the following Notice:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Auxiliary Bicycles Amendment
(No. 2) Act 2001 Commencement Day Notice 2002.

Commencement
2 The lst day of April 2002 is appointed as the day on which the
Auxiliary Bicycles Amendment (No. 2) Act 2001 comes into operation.
