In exercise of the power conferred upon the Minister of
Education and Development by section 1 of the Bermuda Educators
Council Act 2002, the following Notice is hereby given:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Bermuda Educators Council Act
2002 Commencement Day (Commencement of sections 1, 3 and
Schedule 1) Notice 2002.

Commencement day
2 The 31st day of December 2002 is appointed as the day on
which sections 1 and 3 of, and schedule 1 to, the Bermuda Educators
Council Act 2002 shall come into operation.
