BERMUDA HOUSING AMENDMENT ACT COMMENCEMENT
DAY NOTICE 2002

The Minister of Health and Family Services in exercise of the
powers conferred upon him by section 4 of the Bermuda Housing
Amendment Act 2001, gives the following notice:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Bermuda Housing Amendment
Act Commencement Day Notice 2002.

Commencement
2 The 31st day of May 2002 is appointed as the day on which the
Bermuda Housing Amendment Act 2001 comes into operation.
