COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2002

The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by
section 4 of the Contributory Pensions Amendment Act 2002, gives the
following Notice:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Contributory Pensions
Amendment Act 2002 Commencement Day Notice 2002.

Commencement day
2 The 6th day of December 2002 is hereby appointed as the day
on which the Contributory Pensions Amendment Act 2002 comes into
operation.
