INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT COMMENCEMENT DAY
NOTICE 2002

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred upon
him by section 1(2) of the Insurance Amendment Act 2002, gives the
following notice:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Insurance Amendment Act
Commencement Day Notice 2002.

Commencement
2 The 14th day of October 2002 is appointed as the day on which
the Insurance Amendment Act 2002 comes into operation.
