DAY NOTICE 2003

The Minister of Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred
upon him by section 3 of the Motor Car Amendment (No. 3) Act 2002,
gives the following Notice:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Motor Car Amendment (No. 3)
Act Commencement Day Notice 2003.

Commencement
2 The 15th day of March 2003 is appointed as the day on which
the Motor Car Amendment (No. 3) Act 2002 comes into operation.
