DAY NOTICE 2004

The Minister of Health and Family Services, in exercise of the
power conferred upon her by section 9 of the Children Amendment Act
2002, gives the following Notice:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Children Amendment Act 2002
Commencement Day Notice 2004.

Commencement
2 The 19th day of January, 2004 is appointed as the day on which
the Children Amendment Act 2002 comes into operation.
