THE INVESTMENT BUSINESS ACT 2003 COMMENCEMENT
DAY NOTICE 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister of
Finance by section 1 of the Investment Business Act 2003, the following
Notice is hereby given:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Investment Business Act 2003
Commencement Day Notice 2004.

Commencement day
2 (1) Except for section 27 and Part IV (sections 65 to 77), the
Investment Business Act 2003 shall come into operation on 30 January
2004.

(2) Section 27 shall come into operation on the 30th day of
April 2004.

(3) Part IV shall come into operation on the 15th day of
September 2004.
