The Minister of Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred
upon him by section 10(1) of the Marine Board Act 1962, gives the
following Noticeď‚ľ

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Marine Board (Control Over
Maritime Traffic) (No. 7) Notice 2004.

Bank of Bermuda Triathlon Races
2 The Bank of Bermuda closed circuit swimming races will take
place within Hamilton Harbour on Sunday, 3 October 2004 and on
Sunday, 10 October 2004.

Closure of certain sections of Hamilton Harbour
3 The section of Hamilton Harbour between the South face of
Albouy's Point and White's Island will be closed to normal marine traffic
on Sunday, 3 October 2004 and Sunday, 10 October 2004 between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Patrol of Course
4 The area referred to in paragraph 3 will be patrolled by the
Marshall boats and all mariners, pilots and boatman are required to
keep clear of, and exercise caution when approaching this area.
