COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister of
Transport by section 1(2) of the Merchant Shipping Amendment Act
2004, the following notice is hereby given:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Amendment
Act 2004 Commencement Day Notice 2004.

Commencement
2 The 18th day of June 2004 is appointed as the day on which the
Merchant Shipping Amendment Act 2004 comes into operation.
