In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1 of the
Anti-Terrorism (Financial and Other Measures) Act 2004, the Minister of
Justice gives the following Notice:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Anti-Terrorism (Financial and
Other Measures) Act 2004 Commencement Day Notice 2005.

Commencement
2 The 7th day of March 2005 is appointed as the day on which the
Anti-Terrorism (Financial and Other Measures) Act 2004 comes into
operation.
