COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2005

The Minister of Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred by
section 1 of the Indictable Offences Amendment Act 2005, gives the
following Notice:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Indictable Offences Amendment
Act 2005 Commencement Day Notice 2005.

Commencement
2 The 1st day of September, 2005 is appointed as the day on
which the Indictable Offences Amendment Act 2005 comes into
operation.
