(SALARIES AND PENSIONS) AMENDMENT ACT

COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2005

The Premier, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by
section 7 of the Ministers and Members of the Legislature (Salaries and
Pensions) Amendment Act 2005, gives the following Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Ministers and Members of the
Legislature (Salaries and Pensions) Amendment Act Commencement Day
Notice 2005.

Commencement
2 The 11th day of July 2005 is appointed as the day on which the
Ministers and Members of the Legislature (Salaries and Pensions)
Amendment Act 2005 comes into operation.
