TRUSTS (REGULATION OF TRUST BUSINESS) EXEMPTION
AMENDMENT ORDER 2005







The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2)
of the Trusts (Regulation of Trust Business) Act 2001, makes this Order
—

Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Trusts (Regulation of Trust
Business) Exemption Amendment Order 2005.

Amendment of BR38/2002
2 Paragraph 7 of the Trusts (Regulation of Trust Business)
Exemption Order 2002 is amended in subparagraph (2) —

(a) by deleting the full stop at the end of sub-subparagraph
(c) and substituting “; and”; and

(b) by inserting the following sub-subparagraph next after
sub-subparagraph (c) —

“(d) a collective investment scheme exempted under
regulation 3(2) or 3A of the Bermuda Monetary Authority
