TRUSTS (REGULATION OF TRUST BUSINESS) AMENDMENT
ACT 2005 COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2006

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by
section 5 of the Trusts (Regulation of Trust Business) Amendment Act
2005, gives the following Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Trusts (Regulation of Trust
Business) Amendment Act 2005 Commencement Day Notice 2006.

Commencement
2 The Trusts (Regulation of Trust Business) Amendment Act 2005
shall come into operation on 10th July 2006.
