COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2007



The Minister responsible for Transport, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 12 of the Electronic Vehicle-Registration Act 2007
gives the following Notice:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Electronic Vehicle-Registration
Act 2007 Commencement Day Notice 2007.

Commencement
2 The Electronic Vehicle-Registration Act 2007 shall come into
operation on 15th September 2007.
