NOTICE 2007

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by

section 1 of the Investment Funds Act 2006, gives the following Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Investment Funds Act 2006
Commencement Day Notice 2007.

Commencement
2 The Investment Funds Act 2006 shall come into operation on 7th
March 2007.
