COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2007

The Minister responsible for Transport, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 9 of the Motor Car Amendment (No. 2) Act 2006,
gives the following Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Motor Car Amendment (No. 2)
Act 2006 Commencement Day Notice 2007.

Commencement
2 The Motor Car Amendment (No. 2) Act 2006 shall come into
operation on 11th June, 2007.
