COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2007


The Minister responsible for Finance, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the Payroll Tax Rates Amendment Act 2007,
gives the following Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Payroll Tax Rates Amendment
Act 2007 Commencement Day Notice 2007.

Commencement
2 The Payroll Tax Rates Amendment Act 2007 shall come into
operation on 1st July, 2007.
