AMENDMENT ACT 2008 COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2008

The Minister responsible for Justice, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism (Financial and Other
Measures) Amendment Act 2008, issues the following Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Anti-Terrorism (Financial and
Other Measures) Amendment Act 2008 Commencement Day Notice
2008.

Commencement
2 The Anti-Terrorism (Financial and Other Measures) Amendment
Act 2008 shall come into force on 15th November 2008.
