BERMUDA IMMIGRATION AND PROTECTION AMENDMENT
(No. 2) ACT 2007 COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2008

The Minister responsible for Immigration, in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 1 of the Bermuda Immigration and
Protection Amendment (No. 2) Act 2007, gives the following Notice:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Bermuda Immigration and
Protection Amendment (No. 2) Act 2007 Commencement Day Notice
2008.

Commencement
2 The Bermuda Immigration and Protection Amendment (No. 2)
Act 2007 shall come into operation on 14 May 2008.
