ENFORCEMENT) ACT 2008 COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE

The Minister responsible for Justice, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 41 of the Proceeds of Crime Regulations
(Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2008, issues the following Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Proceeds of Crime Regulations
(Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2008 Commencement Day Notice
2008.

Commencement
2 The Proceeds of Crime Regulations (Supervision and
Enforcement) Act 2008 shall come into force on 1st January 2009.
