PUBLIC SERVICE SUPERANNUATION ACT 1981
(APPLICATION) AMENDMENT (NO. 2) ORDER 2008

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by
section 3(1)(l) of the Public Service Superannuation Act 1981, makes the
following Order:

Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Public Service Superannuation
Act 1981 (Application) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2008.

Amends paragraph 2
2 The Public Service Superannuation Act 1981 (Application) Order
1985 is amended in paragraph 2(j) by deleting the words “1 August
2007” and substituting the words “1 August 2006”.
