CUSTOMS DUTY (COMMERCIAL FISHERMEN) (DIESEL FUEL)

REMISSION AMENDMENT ORDER 2009

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by
section 2 of the Customs Duty (Special Remission) Act 1951, makes the
following Order:

Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Customs Duty (Commercial
Fishermen) (Diesel Fuel) Remission Amendment Order 2009.

Amends paragraph 4 of Customs Duty (Commercial Fishermen)

(Diesel Fuel) Remission Order 2006
2 Paragraph 4 of the Customs Duty (Commercial Fishermen)
(Diesel Fuel) Remission Order 2006 is amended by deleting “31 March
2009” and substituting “31 March 2012”.
