OPTOMETRISTS AND OPTICIANS ACT 2008 COMMENCEMENT

DAY NOTICE 2009

BR 63/2009

The Minister responsible for Health, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 33 of the Optometrists and Opticians Act 2008,

issues the following Notice:

Short title

1 This Notice may be cited as the Optometrists and Opticians Act

2008 Commencement Day Notice 2009.

Commencement

2 The Optometrists and Opticians Act 2008 shall come into force

on 1st October 2009.
