COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2009

The Minister responsible for Finance, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 8 of the Overseas Partnerships Amendment Act

2009, issues the following Notice:

Short title

1 This Notice may be cited as the Overseas Partnerships

Amendment Act 2009 Commencement Day Notice 2009.

Commencement

2 The Overseas Partnerships Amendment Act 2009 shall come into

force on 14 September 2009.

Made this 4th day of September, 2009

Minister of Finance
