COMMENCEMENT DAY (NO. 6) NOTICE 2009

BR 81/2009

The Minister responsible for Justice, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 1 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 2006,

issues the following Notice:

Short title

1 This Notice may be cited as the Police and Criminal Evidence Act

2006 Commencement Day (No. 6) Notice 2009.

Provision in Schedule 4 to come into force

2 Schedule 4 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 2006 shall

come into force to the extent of repealing section 464 of the Criminal

Code Act.

Commencement

3 This Notice shall come into operation on 4th January 2010.
