POLICE AND CRIMINAL EVIDENCE AMENDMENT (NO. 2) ACT

2009 COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2009

BR 80/2009

The Minister responsible for Justice, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 6 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Amendment

(No. 2) Act 2009, issues the following Notice:

Short title

1 This Notice may be cited as the Police and Criminal Evidence

Amendment (No. 2) Act 2009 Commencement Day Notice 2009.

Commencement

2 The Police and Criminal Evidence Amendment (No. 2) Act 2009

shall come into operation on 4th January 2010.
