COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2009

The Minister responsible for Justice, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 18 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Amendment

Act 2009, issues the following Notice:

Short title

1 This Notice may be cited as the Police and Criminal Evidence

Amendment Act 2009 Commencement Day Notice 2009.

Commencement

2 The Police and Criminal Evidence Amendment Act 2009 shall

come into force on 7 September 2009.
