PRICE COMMISSION ORDER 2009

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by

section 7(2) of the Price Commission Act 1974, makes the following

Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Price Commission Order 2009.

Amends Second Schedule

2 The Second Schedule of the Price Commission Act 1974 is

amended—

(a) in the First column by deleting, under the heading

“Specified businesses”, the words “The Bermuda Electric

Light Company Limited”; and

(b) in the Second column by deleting, under the heading

“Specified commodities”, the words “Electricity supply”.
