PUBLIC SERVICE SUPERANNUATION ACT 1981

(APPLICATION) AMENDMENT ORDER 2009

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by

section 3(1)(l) of the Public Service Superannuation Act 1981, makes the

following Order:

Citation

1 This Order, which amends the Public Service Superannuation

Act 1981 (Application) Order 1985, may be cited as the Public Service

Superannuation Act 1981 (Application) Amendment Order 2009.

Amends paragraph 2

2 Paragraph 2(j) of the Public Service Superannuation Act 1981

(Application) Order 1985 is amended by deleting “Council who contribute

to the Fund, with effect from 1 August 2006;” and substituting “Council,

with effect from 1 August 2009;”.
