BERMUDA HOUSING AMENDMENT ACT 2010

WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Bermuda Housing Act 1980;

Be it enacted by The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and
consent of the Senate and the House of Assembly of Bermuda, and by the authority of the
same, as follows:

Short title
This Act may be cited as the Bermuda Housing Amendment Act 2010.

Amends First Schedule
The First Schedule to the Bermuda Housing Act 1980 is amended—

in paragraph 1 by deleting the words “Works and Engineering” and
substituting “housing”; and

in paragraph 3 by deleting the words “section 5” in the three places where
they occur and substituting “section 6”.
