1 This Order may be cited as the Canadian Heraldic Authority Fee Order.

Fee

2 The fee payable by an applicant for the processing of an application submitted to the Canadian Heraldic Authority for the grant of a coat of arms is $435.

3 The fee referred to in section 2 shall be paid by cheque payable to the Receiver General for Canada and shall be included with a letter acknowledging receipt of notice from the Canadian Heraldic Authority that a warrant has issued authorizing the grant of a coat of arms to the applicant.
