Order Giving Notice that a Tax Agreement between Canada and the People’s Republic of China came into Force on December 29, 1986Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 18 of the Canada-China Income Tax Agreement Act, 1986* that the Agreement between Canada and the People's Republic of China for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income came into force on December 29, 1986.
