Interpretation

1 In these Regulations, Act means the Cooperative Credit Associations Act.

Exemption Circumstances

2 For the purpose of section 487.14 of the Act, the prescribed circumstances are that the exemption does not prejudice any of the members or the shareholders or the public interest.

Coming into Force

3 These Regulations come into force on June 1, 2011.
