1 In this List, CAS Registry Number means the identification number that is assigned to a chemical substance by the Chemical Abstracts Service Division of the American Chemical Society.
General
2 While Part 2 applies to each allergen listed in the Part, it also applies to any protein-containing derivative, hydrolyzed plant protein, starch or lecithin of that allergen.
3 The contaminants to which Part 3 applies meet the federal Toxic Substances Management Policy criteria as Track 1 substances, which that Policy targets for virtual elimination from the environment.
