THE FLOOD-WATER CONTROL REGUUTIONS, 1963

(Made by the Minister on the 10th day of June, 1963) L.N. 170163

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Flood-Water Control
Regulations. 1963.

2. Every claim for compensation under the Act shall be supported
by all the evidence available to establish the legal ownership prior
to the commencement of the scheme of the land in respect of which
the claim is made.

3. Every person who claims compensation under the Act shall make
application therefor in Form A of the Schedule. schedul~
