THE FINANCE AND ECONOMICS COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Article 21 of the Fertilisers and Feeding Stuffs (Jersey) Law 1950,[1] orders as follows –

The following fees shall be payable in respect of the making by the Official Analyst of the analysis of a sample of any article under the Fertilisers and Feeding Stuffs (Jersey) Law 1950[2] –
(a) where the sample has been taken in the prescribed manner and for the purposes of the analysis –
one determination is required

This Order may be cited as the Fertilisers and Feeding Stuffs (Fees) (Jersey) Order 1951.
