Broadcasting (Interests in Licensed Services) (Jersey) Order 1992

THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, in pursuance of paragraph 6 of Part III and paragraph 2 of Part IV of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990 of the United Kingdom, as extended to Jersey, with modifications, by the Broadcasting Act 1990 (Jersey) (No. 2) Order 1991,  orders as follows –

1      Interpretation

In Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990 (Jersey) (No. 2) Order 1991[1] –

(a)     in sub-paragraph (7) of paragraph 6 of Part III for the words “20 per cent” there shall be substituted the words “5 per cent”;

(b)     in sub-paragraph (4) of paragraph 2 of Part IV for the words “20 per cent” there shall be substituted the words “5 per cent”.

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Interests in Licensed Services) (Jersey) Order 1992.
