THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 1 of the Loi (1853) établissant la Cour pour la répression des moindres délits[1] and Article 2 of the Loi (1891) sur la Cour pour le recouvrement des menues dettes,[2] have made the following Act –

1      Location for sittings of Courts

The Magistrate’s Court, Union Street, Saint Helier, JE1 1BD is designated for the purposes of Article 1 of the Loi (1853) établissant la Cour pour la répression des moindres délits[3] and Article 2 of the Loi (1891) sur la Cour pour le recouvrement des menues dettes[4].

2      Citation

This Act may be cited as the Magistrate’s Court and Petty Debts Court (Location) (Jersey) Act 2006.
