AN ACT TO REPEAL THE SRI LANKA INSITITUTE OF CO-OPERATIVE MANAGEMENT ACT, No. 37 OF 1983

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows :-
[3rd October , 2004 ]
Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Sri Lanka Institute of Co-operative Management (Repeal) Act, No. 6 of 2004.

Repeal of Act No. 37 of 1983.

2. The Sri Lanka Institute of Co-operative Management Act, No. 37 of 1983 is hereby repealed.

Sinhala text to prevail in case of inconsistency.

3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Sinhala and Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail.
