AN ACT TO SUPPLEMENT AND VARY THE APPROPRIATION OF THE SUM THE ISSUE OF WHICH WAS AUTHORIZED BY THE

APPROPRIATION (CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT) (2009/2010) ACT, 2009

[Date of Assent- 16th March, 2010)

Enacted by the Parliament of The Bahamas.

1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the Finance (Supplementation and Variation of Appropriation) (Capital Development) (2009) Act, 2010.

2. Construction of Act No.17 of 2009.

In this Act and in any other written Jaw, a reference to the Appropriation (Capital Development) (2009/2010) Act, 2009 ("the Appropriation Act, 2009") shall be construed as a reference to that Act as for the time being varied or otherwise amended by this Act.

3. Increase in Head of Expenditure.

The sums appropriated to the Head of Expenditure set out in the First Column of Part I of the Schedule to this Act by the Appropriation Act, 2009 are increased by the amounts specified in the Second Column of that Part.

4. Reduction in Head of Expenditure.

The sums appropriated to the Head of Expenditure set out in the First Column of Part II of the Schedule to this Act by the Appropriation Act, 2009 are reduced by the amounts specified in the Second Column of that Part.
