SECTION 28-35-49



   § 28-35-49  Medical examination on ability

to return to light work. –

Where the notice of intention to discontinue, suspend, or reduce payments of

compensation alleges that the employee is able to return to light selected

work, the notice shall be supported by a report of a treating physician.
