Disabled and inoperative vehicles—Impounding.









(1) Inoperative vehicles shall not be parked on the campus for a period exceeding twenty-four hours, without authorization from the vice-president for administrative services, or designee.
(2) Vehicles parked more than forty-eight hours without authorization may be impounded and stored at the expense of either or both the owner and operator thereof.
